Farmasi fisika adalah bidang ilmu yang mempelajari penggunaan dari sifat-sifat fisika kimia suatu zat aktif dalam pembuatan bentuk sediaan obat yang baik dan memenuhi standar persyaratan yang telah ditetapkan. Materi ini penting diketahui dan dipelajari untuk menerapkan ilmu dan teknologi kefarmasian dalam perancangan, pembuatan, dan penjaminan mutu sediaan farmasi.
