I have two sisters and loving parents, but I’ve had a hard time dealing with love and the pain it can bring. I’m very romantic and my feelings get hurt easily. I love big and get hurt big. I’m the type who will love a woman endlessly and forever. I began writing at age 16 and never stopped. Moments get captured in my mind like a camera, creating snapshots of my memories to never let them go. I hold a lot in, but write everything down, as it’s the only way I know to express my feelings.

In writing this bit of the book, I learnt the beauty of shared pain and the importance of letting it run its course, rather than trying to fight it, and thus finding healing in the process. I hope that while reading it, you will find healing through the appreciation of pain."The Book of Love," is more of like the chapter of life that comes after the storm; when you are trying to pick up the pieces after the troubles and pains have settled. My writing therefore is most usually to do with love, the effects of it, the lack of it that I often feel, the pain and disappointment caused by it, my pursuit of it, the joy of it, and often my poor management of it.
