People who are unwilling to make the effort are called lazy or losers. So what do we want? What do we want though? In the end, don't we all just want to be happy? Isn't happiness the purpose of all of this hard work? Of course, it is. We want to do more than just survive. We want to be happy. We want to be fulfilled. We want to live with purpose. Working hard, acquiring a lot of stuff, and being "successful" does not guarantee happiness. You already have what it takes The truth is, we all have the natural ability to be happy right now. At this moment, as you are reading this book, you can be happy. Nothing needs to change in your life. You can be happy just the way you are. The way to approach life is to learn to be happy first.
