Please note that this book is not about how you boost your child’s morale or self-esteem or not about how you become a good role model to your child and not about parenting tips. This book captures a few real-life events of a father and his daughter from the time he learned that he was going to be a father till she turned two. It captures the contrast in how effortlessly toddlers perceive and deal with life circumstances when compared to adults. This book will emphasize highly deep life lessons from the perspective of a child in a very innocent and naive manner. Elements such as creativity, honesty, gratitude, expressiveness, apologetics, and so on, and their application in daily life situations, will make it easier for us to live, which we as adults have obliterated from our lives. This book will take you through dramatic and unexpected endings while also providing valuable lessons from each chapter. Every parent will be able to relate to and recall their parenthood journey, as well as be excited and prepared to be moms, fathers, and prospective parents for the most beautiful and bumpy phase of life called Parenting.

Let S Read written by Leonard Bloomfield and has been published by Wayne State University Press this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 1961 with Education categories.

Let's Read is a simple and systematic way to teach basic reading. Developed by noted linguist Leonard Bloomfield, the book is based on the alphabetic spelling patterns of English. Bloomfield offered an antidote to the idea that English is a difficult language to learn to read by teaching the learner to decode the phonemic sound-letter correlations of the language in a sequential, logical progression of lessons based on its spelling patterns. The learner is first introduced to the most consistent (alphabetic) vocabulary and then to increasingly less alphabetic and less frequent spelling patterns within a vocabulary of about 5,000 words.

Education is a field in which reflective practice is imperative for teacher and student success and for maintaining the desire to remain in the profession. During times of uncertainty, particularly as teachers faced the dual pandemics of social injustice and the COVID-19 pandemic over the past year, they have felt demoralized and powerless. As a result, burnout among educators is becoming increasingly prevalent. It is crucial for teachers to hear reflections of others’ experiences to remind them that they are not alone in their work, provide opportunities for them to find connections with fellow educators, and encourage them to engage in reflective practices of their own. Teacher Reflections on Transitioning From K-12 to Higher Education Classrooms provides a collection of reflections from educators on their varied experiences within education and how and why they have pursued a place in academia. This book speaks to the humanistic side of academia by acknowledging the multiple passions, professions, and pathways that led each of the authors to academia. It is unique in that it is laced with the lived realities of the human side of academia from a shared stories perspective. Covering topics such as lifelong learners and identity shifts, this major reference work is ideal for academicians, researchers, scholars, practitioners, principals, administrators, educators, and students.
