Why would we think of utopia? Utopian thoughts are necessary to instigate social change. Without a utopian vision, something inspiring, there is no chance of social development, and the more transparent the vision, the higher the chance of its achievement. The significance of utopian thought in the contemporary world is undeniable. We are faced with ecological issues so huge that the survival of the human species might be in doubt, as well as the threats posed by overpopulation, war, terrorism, new and sometimes unbelievably dangerous technologies, cybernetic crimes, and religious extremism. Thus, a way out is obviously required and utopian thought can assist in the search for this. My Utopia is a collection of creative writing demonstrating that utopian thinking is beyond any gender, race, age, color, nationality, and border limitations. Everybody can also think of his or her utopian world regardless of the restrictions of time and place. Everyone who faces a crisis of life and faith will enjoy reading this book. The short fiction, short essays and poems in this book will be of great interest to everybody who believes in the power of literature in forcing change. This collection will give the reader ideas about how to change his or her life for a more promising future.

A Modern Utopia written by H. G. Wells and has been published by e-artnow this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2017-12-06 with Fiction categories.

A Modern Utopia is presented as a tale told by a sketchily described character known only as the Owner of the Voice. This character "is not to be taken as the Voice of the ostensible author who fathers these pages," Wells warns. He is accompanied by another character known as "the botanist." Interspersed in the narrative are discursive remarks on various matters, creating what Wells called in his preface "a sort of shot-silk texture between philosophical discussion on the one hand and imaginative narrative on the other." Because of the complexity and sophistication of its narrative structure, H.G. Wells's A Modern Utopia has been called "not so much a modern as a postmodern utopia." The novel is best known for its notion that a voluntary order of nobility known as the Samurai could effectively rule a "kinetic and not static" world state so as to solve "the problem of combining progress with political stability." Herbert George Wells (1866–1946), known as H. G. Wells, was a prolific English writer in many genres, including the novel, history, politics, and social commentary, and textbooks and rules for war games.

A study of European utopias in context from the early years of Henry VIII’s reign to the Restoration, this book assesses the societies projected by utopian literature from Thomas More’s Utopia (1516) to the political idealism and millenarianism of the mid-seventeenth century. Renaissance Utopia complements recent scholarly work on early modern communities by providing a thorough investigation of the issues informing a way of modeling a very particular community and literary mode-the utopia.
