We all agree that a book synopsis is basically a summary or an overview of a book. The most important thing to remember when writing a book synopsis is that the synopsis should be considerably shorter than the book, because synopses condense the information of a much larger work. Writing a good book synopsis requires a full understanding of the subject and the book in question. It is impossible to write a synopsis on a book that you have not read. Based on this definition, the author of this book, NAFA’S BLUE BOOK, Humphrey Humberto Pachecker, being a foreign legal consultant attorney and a professor of law himself, follows a Bar Journal’s article which concluded in its recommendation that, the United States stands to gain a great deal from the globalization of the world economy and the attendant increase in international business...whether resident or nonresident.., an attorney, foreign legal consultant readily at hand can be of immeasurable aid in meeting the challenge of our economic future. International business has in the past secured economic prosperity in Florida, USA, at times when other states had not fared so well. In this common law jurisdiction, the foreign attorney as well the local attorney and the law student, is pivotal the domination of legal terminology. Common law jurisdiction’s courts greatly rest its decision in precedents. Therefore, the correct interpretation for a legal terminology term, as is for example "stare decisis," which is a legal term from Latin that means "to stand by things decided" is the core of legal writing which in turn it must be able to express legal analysis and legal rights and duties.

This book traces the journeys of a stone across the world. From its remote point of origin in the city of Nishapur in eastern Iran, turquoise was traded through India, Central Asia, and the Near East, becoming an object of imperial exchange between the Safavid, Mughal, and Ottoman empires. Along this trail unfolds the story of turquoise--a phosphate of aluminum and copper formed in rocks below the surface of the earth--and its discovery and export as a global commodity. In the material culture and imperial regalia of early modern Islamic tributary empires moving from the steppe to the sown, turquoise was a sacred stone and a potent symbol of power projected in vivid color displays. From the empires of Islamic Eurasia, the turquoise trade reached Europe, where the stone was collected as an exotic object from the East. The Eurasian trade lasted into the nineteenth century, when the oldest mines in Iran collapsed and lost Aztec mines in the Americas reopened, unearthing more accessible sources of the stone to rival the Persian blue. Sky Blue Stone recounts the origins, trade, and circulation of a natural object in the context of the history of Islamic Eurasia and global encounters between empire and nature.

Prior to the twentieth century, Arab society in Palestine was predominantly illiterate, with most social and political activities conducted through oral communication. There were no printing presses, no book or periodical production, and no written signs in public places. But a groundswell of change rapidly raised the region's literacy rates, a fascinating transformation explored for the first time in Reading Palestine. Addressing an exciting aspect of Middle Eastern history as well as the power of the printed word itself, Reading Palestine describes how this hurried process intensified the role of literacy in every sphere of community life. Ami Ayalon examines Palestine's development of a modern educational system in conjunction with the emergence of a print industry, libraries and reading clubs, and the impact of print media on urban and rural populations. Drawn from extensive archival sources, official reports, autobiographies, and a rich trove of early Palestinian journalism, Reading Palestine provides crucial insight into the dynamic rise of literacy that revolutionized the way Palestinians navigated turbulent political waters.
