Wissenschaftlicher Aufsatz aus dem Jahr 2003 im Fachbereich Arbeitswissenschaft / Ergonomie, , Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Auf die Mitte der 80er Jahre gehen Bemühungen zurück, die Fachkraftausbildung inhaltlich und konzeptionell voranzubringen. “Um die Ausbildung der Fachkräfte für Arbeitssicherheit optimal an den gegenwärtigen und zukünftigen Rahmenbedingungen betrieblicher Arbeitsschutzarbeit zu orientieren, wurde unter Einbeziehung von Wissenschaft und Praxis ein neues Ausbildungskonzept erarbeitet. Dieses Konzept wird bestimmt durch den aktuellen Handlungsrahmen der Fachkräfte in der Praxis, die sich abzeichnenden Zukunftsentwicklungen im Bereich der Erwerbsarbeit und ein auf Prävention ausgerichtetes modernes, umfassendes Arbeitsschutzverständnis. Nach Auffassung der Fachleute stehen dabei für die Fachkraft zukünftig zwei Aufgabenkomplexe im Vordergrund: Zum einen die sicherheits- und gesundheitsgerechte Gestaltung von Arbeitssystemen und zum anderen der Aufbau eines präventiven Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsmanagements. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgaben benötigt man weniger den mit Detailkenntnissen ausgestatteten Spezialisten, sondern den mit breitem anwendungsorientierten Überblickwissen versehenen Generalisten.” Die neue Ausbildungskonzeption hat somit mehrere moderne Ansätze: ♦ Die neue Ausbildungskonzeption beschränkt sich inhaltlich nicht auf Einzelaspekte von Sicherheit im Betrieb; sie geht vielmehr von einem umfassenden Verständnis von Sicherheit und Gesundheit aus. Damit verspricht sie, für Beschäftigte wie auch das Unternehmen insgesamt einen wirksamen Beitrag für die Gesundheitsprävention zu leisten. ♦ Sie bringt eine Abkehr von der Vermittlung isolierten Faktenwissens; im Vordergrund stehen vielmehr Sicherheit und Gesundheit als integraler Bestandteil des gesamten Arbeitssystems und der dieses System bestimmenden betrieblichen Arbeitsprozesse insgesamt. Zumindest Verständnis für interdisziplinäre Arbeiten wird vermittelt. ♦ Da über umfassende Arbeitssysteme, anders als über technische Details, naturgemäß auf höherer Managementebene entschieden wird, rückt die Beratung des Managements bis hin zur Unternehmensleitung in den Vordergrund der Arbeit der Fachkraft. Die seit langem angestrebte Integration in das unternehmerische Management rückt damit näher. ♦ Ganz wesentlich ist es weiterhin, dass stärkeres Gewicht auf die Vermittlung von Handlungswissen und Sozialkompetenzen gelegt wird: Vermittelt werden nicht nur das Wissen, sondern auch Methoden für die betriebliche Umsetzung von Fachwissen.

Wissenschaftlicher Aufsatz aus dem Jahr 2003 im Fachbereich Arbeitswissenschaft / Ergonomie, , Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Mit der Beantragung der Genehmigung zur Ausbildung von Sicherheitsfachkräften in den Grundlehrgängen A und B beim Sächsischen Staatsministerium für Wirtschaft und Arbeit und dem Beginn der studienbegleitenden Ausbildung im Jahre 1993 wurde, wenn auch nunmehr auf einer anderen gesetzlichen Basis, eine arbeitswissenschaftliche Ausbildungskonzeption weitergeführt, die sich bereits seit den siebziger Jahren sowohl an der Technischen Universität Karl-Marx-Stadt/Chemnitz (Prof. Hartmann) als auch an der Technischen Hochschule Zwickau (Prof. Enderlein) bewährt hatte. Studierende der Fakultäten Maschinenund Elektroingenieurwesen und zum Teil auch anderer Fakultäten, die den größten Teil der Studentenschaft der TU Chemnitz bildeten, hatten nach ihrem Studienplan Arbeitswissenschaft als Pflichtfach mit 60 Stunden in Form von Vorlesungen, Übungen und Praktika zu belegen. Es bestand die Forderung, dass alle Absolventen, die in die technisch orientierte Arbeitswelt eintreten, eine arbeitswissenschaftliche Ausbildung durchlaufen müssen und damit über Grundkenntnisse, -fähigkeiten und -fertigkeiten auf dem Gebiet des Gesundheits-, Arbeits- und Brandschutzes (GAB) verfügen müssen. Beim Einsatz eines Absolventen als Sicherheitsinspektor eines Betriebes wurde die Zusatzqualifikation “Gesundheits- und Arbeitsschutz für Sicherheitsinspektoren” erforderlich, die ebenfalls an einer dafür vorgesehenen Hoch- oder Fachschule zu absolvieren war und zertifiziert wurde. Der Sicherheitsinspektor war vergleichbar mit der Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit. Er war in die Betriebsstruktur als Funktionalorgan zur Beratung und Unterstützung des Betriebsleiters bei der Gestaltung, Durchsetzung und Kontrolle sicherer und erschwernisfreier Arbeitsbedingungen eingeordnet. Zwischen der Neukonzeption für die Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit und der Konzeption für die postgraduale Weiterbildung zum Sicherheitsinspektor in der DDR gibt es viele Parallelen.
