C’est, dit de manière plus abstraite, le problème du rapport entre le Savoir et le Pouvoir. C’est la belle et difficile question de la relation entre la Connaissance (des philosophes et des experts) et l’Action (des politiques). C’est encore la rencontre entre le Singulier (du penseur, toujours de son époque et de ses conditionnements) et l’Universel (de la vérité, c’est-à-dire de l’adéquation des discours divers avec le réel unique).
