Il volume, aggiornato alla Legge mercato e concorrenza (124/2017), è un sussidio teorico-pratico per affrontare le prove scritte. Comprende 8 casi per ciascuna materia, completi di atto, motivazione e parte teorica, partendo da tracce di fantasia dell’autore che affrontano problemi di forte verosimiglianza concorsuale.
