No primeiro semestre de 2020, o acadêmico e jurista Angelo Viglianisi Ferraro se mobilizou, junto ao Mediterranea International Centre for Human Rights Reseach, em Reggio Calabria, Itália, para organizar um programa mundial de pós-doutorado. O professor Angelo Viglianisi Ferraro é Doutor em Direito pela Facoltà di Giurisprudenza pela Università Mediterranea di Reggio Calabria (2007) e, atualmente é professor e pequsisador da Università Mediterranea di Reggio Calabria, além de coordenador do Mediterranea International Centre for Human Rights Reseach, vinculado ao Dipartimento DiGiES da Università “Mediterranea” di Reggio Calabria. Mais do que criar uma turma de pesquisadores pós-doutorandos, o professor Angelo criou uma família acadêmica, cujos laços se estendem por toda américa látina e pela Europa.
