Com este documento, tenho em vista entrar no tempo que cerca a ancestralidade presente na dramaturgia Aruanda, de Joaquim Ribeiro, diante das poéticas que observo na obra. Dessa maneira, entendo a obra Aruanda como um espaço de reflexão, que revisita o corpo preto como uma ideia singular e única de comunidade, que transgride a sociedade para rasgar o véu que nos encobre sobre as encruzilhadas da vida. Um corpo preto não anda só, ele sempre está acompanhado de sua ancestralidade que o fortalece, sendo um corpo que se molda sobre a ideia e a força do quilombo. A obra Aruanda propõe um momento único de encontro entre Exu e a arte cênica, proporcionando o registro de uma obra que coloca a cultura africana e afro-brasileira em foco. Dialogo minha escrita totalmente com pesquisadores e estudiosos de pele preta, no intuito de fazer deste documento um espaço de aquilombamento. À vista disso, este documento é um ato de resistência do tempo ancestral preto, que manteve viva os hábitos e costumes pretos por meio da oralidade e de suas lutas diárias. Aqui se faz presente um documento de produção poética, buscando estabelecer uma escrita humanamente sensível, tendo a estética como plano de valor humano neste documento e não como consigna de beleza.
