« La Métropole : Le pays des Grands et Beaux Bwanas ! » ou « Comment combattre le communautarisme et le ségrégationnisme des Blancs en France. » est un essai pamphlétaire où en 8 chapitres, en me référant à mon expérience personnelle et aux expériences de ma famille, je décris avec beaucoup d'humour, les pratiques communautaristes et même souvent ségrégationnistes de la communauté blanche envers les Noirs français ou non Français, dans notre société française. Je suis un Homme Noir, né à Paris, né dans une famille martiniquaise installée à Paris depuis plus de 100 ans, depuis que mes grands-pères, mes grands-oncles qui ont fait la guerre de 1914/1918, décidèrent de rester en France continentale au lieu de retourner sur leur île natale. Dans cet essai pamphlétaire, j'évoque la nature du comportement communautariste, ségrégationniste de la communauté blanche française, j'en expose ses mécanismes et ses effets. Je décris comment, en toute impunité, cette société blanche française pratique son communautarisme et son ségrégationnisme racial clandestins dans lesquels elle enferme la communauté noire. Les discriminations raciales sont des pratiques très ordinaires, toute quotidienne, très courantes dans notre société, et dans ce livre, j'expose une réalité très différente de celles que nous racontent les contes de fées officiels d'une France qui serait soi-disant non raciste, très respectueuse des Droits de l'Homme et du Citoyen et des valeurs républicaines. Mon témoignage est un témoignage de ce que vivent les Noirs dans notre bonne société française, avec ses ségrégations, ses discriminations raciales ordinaires, pratiquées dans tous les secteurs de notre société, ségrégations clandestines, toutes systématiquement et très hypocritement dissimulées, et qui concernent le marché du travail, l'accession à des postes de responsabilités dans l'entreprise ou dans l'administration, les accès aux locations de logements, ou les interdictions d'entrer pratiquées dans la majorité des discothèques, de certains hôtels, campings ou autres restaurants. Le Défenseur des Droits, Jacques Toubon, nous confirme, qu'un jeune Noir en France, a 20 fois plus de risques de se faire arrêter par la police et la gendarmerie qu'un jeune Blanc. Tel est le propos et la tonalité de cet essai pamphlétaire que j'ai intitulé, « La Métropole : Le pays des Grands et Beaux Bwanas ! » ou « Comment combattre le communautarisme et le ségrégationnisme des Blancs en France. ».
