Al cincilea centru este vishuddha, al şaselea este ajna, al şaptelea este sahasrara. Iar odată ce ai ajuns la cel de‐al şaptelea centru, sahasrara, ai ajuns la samadhi: ai ajuns acasă. Nu trebuie să negi vreunele dintre chakre, căci o chakră care a fost negată nu‐ţi va permite niciodată să devii complet iar cel care nu e complet nu poate să fie sfânt. Tot ceea ce aveţi trebuie folosit – nimic nu e lipsit de utilitate. Nu aruncaţi niciodată nimic, altminteri vă veţi căi într‐o zi. Totul trebuie folosit. Adânciţi‐vă înţelegerea, deveniţi mai atenţi; deveniţi mai conştienţi şi începeţi să priviţi în profunzimea fiinţei voastre lăuntrice; căutaţi să descoperiţi lucrurile ascunse acolo şi să le aduceţi la o armonie mai înaltă – asta e tot.”
