Sedangkan Implikasi adalah konsekuensi logis yang dipastikan terjadi sebagai impak, akibat, dan memiliki efek samping berikutnya yang tidak dapat terelakkan dari suatu keputusan tertentu. Sila kesatu dari Pancasila “Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa” memiliki implikasi pemarginalan secara terstruktur terhadap sila lainnya, secara terstruktur karena ditempatkan sebagai dasar negara dengan urutan nomor satu, penempatan dalam urutan tersebut secara mental mempunyai kekuatan terkuat untuk menggerakkan pikiran dan aksi seseorang dan atau aksi suatu komunitas yang menerapkan sila tersebut. Penulis dalam studi ini memberikan bukti-bukti secara nyata sebagai hasil implikasi sila pertama dari Pancasila tersebut dalam kehidupan bernegara yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah dan rakyat di Indonesia dari waktu ke waktu serta usulan solusi dari penulis agar pemarginalan terstruktur tidak terjadi lagi di masa depan.
