Serta, dapat menemukan beberapa faktor mengenai pembentukan karakter terhadap harta. Buku ini juga dipentingkan untuk menjawab latar belakang masalah yang terjadi pada teks. Kekeliruan beberapa penafsir dalam mengambil ucapan-ucapan harta dari konteks/gaya har ah dapat menemukan pendekatan-pendekatan eksegesis yang salah pada Amsal 10:1-22:16. Oleh sebab itu, penulis diharapkan dapat memakai teori sastra hikmat yang tepat dan analisa-analisa prosedur yang benar dalam mengeksegesis Amsal 10:1-22:16.
