Bidang pertanian sendiri diperlukan adanya perhatian serius dari pemerintah melalui upaya penguatan internal, yaitu dengan penguatan kelembagaan struktural, pembangunan lembaga cadangan pangan daerah, penguatan dewan ketahanan pangan, dan peningkatan kepedulian Pemerintah. Menyelenggarakan pembangunan Pertanian, Petani mempunyai peran kontribusi besar. Pelaku utama pembangunan Pertanian adalah para Petani, yang pada umumnya berusaha dengan skala kecil, dalam mewujudkan kedaulatan pangan, kemandirian pangan bergantung pada kemampuan bangsa dan negara dalam menciptakan inovasi teknologi pada bidang pangan serta meberikan inovasi kepada pelaku usaha pangan di Indonesia.

Dworkin, one the world's leading legal and political philosophers, identifies and defends core principles of personal and political morality that all citizens can share. He shows that recognizing such shared principles can make substantial political argument possible and help replace contempt with mutual respect.
