Neste trabalho, a pesquisadora Leilane Virgínia Vieto Penariol registra o resultado do estudo realizado entre 2019 e 2022 sob a orientação do Doutor espanhol Daniel González González (Universidad de Granada). Neste livro, a autora discorre sobre a pedagogia de Pestalozzi e a Psicologia Positiva como instrumentos de fomento à cultura da paz e o trabalho desenvolvido e implementado no curso de Direito da Faculdade Presidente Antonio Carlos (FUPAC/Unipac de Uberaba), em Uberaba, estado de Minas Gerais, Brasil, com vistas ao incentivo da criação de um ambiente mais favorável ao aprendizado na universidade. Ela apresenta uma profunda reflexão sobre a iniciativa do professor Dr. François Silva Ramos de utilizar a pedagogia de Pestalozzi, originalmente desenvolvida para crianças, e os fundamentos da Psicologia Positiva, para criar um conjunto de práticas pedagógicas que permitissem proporcionar um meio ambiente mais favorável à aprendizagem. Não por força de medidas de coerção, mas da introdução do afeto, da solidariedade, da empatia e do respeito à diversidade às dinâmicas de sala de aula. A fidelidade da pesquisadora no relato e no registro de suas impressões teórico-acadêmicas sobre o contexto, reproduzem o compromisso verificado durante a observação participante que desenvolveu no campus da Unipac de Uberaba.
