Projektarbeit aus dem Jahr 2015 im Fachbereich Pflegewissenschaft - Pflegemanagement, Note: 1,0, Hamburger Fern-Hochschule, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Der Demographische Wandel mit seinen Auswirkungen auf unsere Gesellschaft hat in den letzten Jahren einen immer höheren Stellenwert eingenommen. Für das Gesundheitswesen bedeutet das beispielsweise, dass immer mehr ältere Menschen in der Pflege arbeiten werden, die Belegschaften somit stetig altern, aber zu wenig jüngere Leute nachrücken. Dieser Entwicklung muss man in Zukunft gerecht werden können. Dem gegenüber steht jedoch der Wandel in Einrichtungen des Gesundheitswesens in Richtung Modernisierung. Diese Modernisierung bedeutet unter anderem, die Ausweitung des Gebrauchs neuer Medien in der Pflege. Darunter fällt auch die Pflegedokumentation, welche als rechtliche Absicherung und Berechnungsgrundlage immer mehr an Bedeutung gewinnt. Diese Entwicklung stellt viele ältere Mitarbeiter vor große Probleme. Das Stichwort lautet: Lernschwellen älterer Mitarbeiter. Mit dieser Projektarbeit wollen wir versuchen, Methoden aufzuzeigen, mit denen die alternden Belegschaften in der Pflege und die gleichzeitig ansteigenden Anforderungen an die Mitarbeiter, im Sinne der neuen Medien (Pflegedokumentation), vereint werden können. Wir wollen ein theoretisches Konzept erarbeiten, mit dessen Hilfe ein EDV-gestütztes Pflegedokumentationssystem auf einer Pilotstation in einem Krankenhaus implementiert werden kann. Unsere besondere Aufmerksamkeit gilt dabei den älteren Mitarbeitern, da diese eher skeptisch gegenüber Veränderungen/Neuerungen sind, neue Dinge langsamer und anders erlernen und auch eher Berührungsängste mit einer vermehrten Arbeit am Computer haben. Speziell dafür wollen wir Strategien entwickeln, um diese älteren Mitarbeiter an diese Form der Dokumentation heranzuführen und mit ins Boot zu nehmen. Zu Beginn der Projektarbeit werden wir die allgemeine Problemlage und unsere Ausgangssituation darlegen. Dann werden wir die bisherige und die moderne Pflegedokumentation und die Lernschwellen älterer Mitarbeiter genauer beschreiben. Im folgenden Punkt nennen wir die genauen Ziele dieser Projektarbeit. Danach erläutern wir, im Sinne des Chancenmanagements, die Kraftfeldanalyse und die SWOT-Analyse und werden beide auf unser Projekt anwenden.

Anthropologists have written a great deal about the coastal adaptations and seafaring traditions of Pacific Islanders, but have had much less to say about the significance of rivers for Pacific island culture, livelihood and identity. The authors of this collection seek to fill that gap in the ethnographic record by drawing attention to the deep historical attachments of island communities to rivers, and the ways in which those attachments are changing in response to various forms of economic development and social change. In addition to making a unique contribution to Pacific island ethnography, the authors of this volume speak to a global set of issues of immense importance to a world in which water scarcity, conflict, pollution and the degradation of riparian environments afflict growing numbers of people.
