Some thoughts I wrote down on a flight back from California in November 2018. Started writing cause I thought it would help me feel better, and within the course of two hours, i had written 50 of them. I've barely edited or proof-read them since. These have all been written as a part of my healing process, as I go through a split-up with my wife of 5+ years, accompanied with my severe depression and anxiety. If you can relate to anything, that's great, if you can't relate or you think something is offensive, I really don't care. Buy the book and burn it in protest. Then tell your friends to do the same.
