Rose's poems/pictures are a delight. First the reader thinks, "Oh how nice: pretty pictures and poetry that is short enough so as not to be tedious." Then the lovely surprise overtakes one as she realizes that the images and condensed words work together to recall one's own experience of sensuality, awareness of self, and truth of daily experience.
