He also showed me that the key to a healthier, prosperous life is through Jesus Christ. I hope by reading my book, people will become closer to God. He only wants whatas pure and wholesome for us and is all things positive. I experienced this firsthand and share my life-changing events with you. This book is about God, miracles, and my will to survive. With no hope for the future, living a destructive life, losing concern for people and not very responsible, I overcame those obstacles and many more like overdose, depression, molestation, addictions, jealousy, jails, hate, etc., and I owe all the glory to God.

The kingdom of God consists of "righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit" (Romans 14:7 NASB). Those who enter must "come like a child" (Matthew 19:14). How did children respond to Jesus when He walked on the earth? They ran to greet Him with pure joy, played in His presence, and reveled in His love. They had no complicated theological questions to ask. They just enjoyed His company, responded to His words of love, and knew with simple childlike trust that it would always be good to be with Him. Jesus said, "The kingdom of God belongs to such as these" (Matthew 19:14). It is so simple to relate to Jesus in this way. Who complicated it? Ecclesiastes 7:29 (Good News Translation) says, "God made us plain and simple, but we have made ourselves very complicated." Paul expressed concern over the believers in 2 Corinthians 11:3, stating that their minds "might be led astray from the simplicity and purity of devotion to Christ." Your spiritual walk is about your relationship with Jesus Christ, pure and simple. Do you love Him? Do you obey Him? Is He your first love? Do you always return to Him, asking for forgiveness when you mess up? It's really that simple. These poems are about a relationship. Some are personal experiences; others chronicle universal themes. I started writing this collection of poems about a year ago. Today is the twenty-second of December 2012. First I was interested in narrating the Gospel in fiction. Somehow the truth is tied to every word from God. So it came to the point of losing reasoning. Shakespeare was a poet, and so was Mozart. The craft is the author's tools. God allows him to inherit his fruits. Very often composure is gifted. Trees seldom grow twisted. Read with reasoning and don't forget understanding. The gift of love is eternal. Love is turned on and is exposed through true light. My prayer is that those who explore these poems learn to dissolve all the compounds and surround them. The mystery of Jesus is grace. These are all found in this very human race.
