Merkmale der Unterrichtsqualität, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Hausarbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Frage, wie man psychischen Beschwerden im Lehrberuf vorbeugen kann und warum die Gesundheitsprävention von Lehrkräften eine bedeutende Rolle einnimmt. Die Darstellung der Vorbeugung psychischer Beschwerden wird am Beispiel des Präventionsprogramms "AGIL" und dessen Wirksamkeit vorgenommen. Zunächst wird in der Hausarbeit die Gesundheitssituation von Lehrkräften in Deutschland dargestellt. Anschließend wird sich mit den Besonderheiten des Lehrberufes und daraus resultierenden Belastungen befasst und die Potsdamer Lehrer:innenstudie vorgestellt, die untersucht, in welchem Maße Gesundheitsressourcen und Gesundheitsrisiken bei Lehrkräften zum Ausdruck kommen. Dabei werden verschiedene Verhaltensmuster der Belastungsbewältigung dargelegt, wodurch die individuelle Gesundheit von Lehrkräften näher analysiert werden kann. Zudem wird das Thema Burnout aufgegriffen und dargestellt, wie dieser im Lehrberuf verlaufen kann. Im vierten Kapitel wird schließlich der Schwerpunkt auf die Gesundheitsprävention im Lehrberuf gelegt, wobei mit Stressbewältigungstrainings zunächst eine grundlegende Möglichkeit dargestellt wird, psychischen Belastungen vorzubeugen. Anschließend wird auf "AGIL", ein spezifisches Stressbewältigungstraining für Lehrkräfte, eingegangen und der Aufbau des Programms mit den jeweiligen Modulen beschrieben. Des Weiteren wird näher erläutert, wie AGIL als Präventionsprogramm angewendet wird und Evaluationsergebnisse vorgestellt, um die Wirksamkeit des Programms bewerten zu können. Zuletzt wird die Eignung von AGIL als Präventionsprogramm beurteilt. Zum Abschluss folgt schließlich eine Schlussfolgerung und ein Fazit, wie man psychischen Beschwerden im Lehrberuf mithilfe des Programms AGIL vorbeugen kann und warum Gesundheitsprävention bei Lehrkräften so bedeutend ist.
