Um dieser Entwicklung auch in Zukunft gewachsen zu sein, ist es wichtig den Gesundheits- und Arbeitsschutz des Pflegepersonals sowie die dazugeh”rigen Aufgaben des Pflegemanagements in Bezug auf MSE zu thematisieren. Das Buch beinhaltet insgesamt vierzehn Kapitel. Zun„chst erfolgt eine kurze Darstellung der Vorgehensweise und der Schwierigkeiten und eine Grafikdarstellung. Daraufhin wird die geschichtliche und gegenw„rtige Entwicklung des Pflegeberufs beschrieben. In Kapitel drei wird die Epidemiologie von MSE er”rtert, um daraufhin in Kapitel vier einen Einblick in h„ufige und bedeutsame MSE im Pflegeberuf zu geben. Der gesellschaftliche Kontext von MSE wird in Kapitel fnf thematisiert. Danach wird die Bedeutung von MSE aus der Perspektive des Pflegepersonals zusammengefasst. In den darauffolgenden Kapiteln wird eine Differenzierung und Er”rterung des Begriffs Pr„vention und Gesundheitsf”rderung vorgenommen, spezielle Pr„ventionsangebote zu MSE bewertet sowie die gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen zu MSE dargestellt.
