APPENDIX B The contract that grain-growing farmers were urged to sign by the United States Grain Growers, Inc., is analyzed, from both the practical and the legal points of view, in a pamphlet entitled "SIGN HERE," which was written in July, 1921, and was widely circulated. As this pamphlet was made part of the record at a hearing of an investigating committee of the United States Senate, before which I testified on January 30, 1922, I include it here. More than 400,000 copies of the pamphlet were distributed in the grain states.
