Inhaltsangabe:Zusammenfassung: Diese Diplomarbeit gibt der Unternehmerin und dem Unternehmer konkrete Anregungen für den Aufbau bzw. die Optimierung des Ideenmanagements im eigenen Unternehmen. Dem Autor betrachtet und wertet Erfahrungen und Meinungen aus der aktuellen Praxis meist deutscher Unternehmen aus. Dabei wird bewusst auf einen umfassenden Überblick über die Meinungen der führenden Fachbuchautoren verzichtet. Wichtiger war, keine Romane zu schreiben und das Wesentliche und für die Gestaltung eines Ideenmanagements konkret nutzbare zu beschreiben ohne es unnötig aufzublähen. Die Anschauungen externer Fachautoren fließen daher nur als Grundlage vieler Ausführungen mit in diese Diplomarbeit ein. Das Schwergewicht liegt aber klar auf der Schilderung vieler in der Unternehmenspraxis bereits erfolgreich umgesetzter Bausteine und Details des Vorschlagswesens. Die angeführten Ausgestaltungen können und sollen das Ideenmanagement dabei nicht repräsentativ wiedergeben. Sie bleiben gewollt subjektiv und beispielhaft. So wurde in zahlreichen Kapiteln darauf Wert gelegt, verschiedenste Anregungen und Details aus der Praxis aufzuzeigen. Es sei angemerkt, dass diese sicherlich nicht komplett miteinander kombinierbar sind. Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit soll nicht versucht werden, ein möglichst „ideales Ideenmanagement“ zu entwickeln. Dies gilt auch für die recht ausführliche Behandlung des Bereiches „Notwendige und förderliche Eckpunkte für ein erfolgreiches Ideenmanagement“. Dieses Vorgehen ergibt sich aus der Tatsache, dass die Praxiserfolge mit weitgehend verschiedenen konzeptionellen Bausteinen zeigen: es gibt für das Ideenmanagement kein immer wirkendes Erfolgsrezept. Vielmehr existieren in den Unternehmen oftmals grundlegend differierende Systeme mit verschiedensten Ausgestaltungsdetails. Trotzdem können diese unterschiedlichsten Konzeptionen in vielen Fällen hohe Erfolge vorweisen. Nach Ansicht des Autors muss jedes Unternehmen sich sein eigenes Ideenmanagement gestalten. Und es sollte dieses fortlaufend weiterentwickeln. Eine erfolgreiche Übernahme des Konzept aus einem theoretischen Fachbuch hat der Autor in keinem der betrachteten Unternehmen vorgefunden. Es sind vielmehr die Zusammenführung verschiedener Bausteine und Details, welche ein Ideenmanagement schaffen, worin sich das Unternehmer mit seinen individuellen Voraussetzungen und Bedürfnissen wiederfindet.
