El sistema de selección para el ejercicio de la docencia consta de diferentes fases reguladas por el Real Decreto 84/2018, de 23 de febrero, por el que se modifica el Real Decreto 276/2007, de 23 de febrero, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de ingreso, accesos y adquisición de nuevas especialidades en los cuerpos docentes a que se refiere la Ley Orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de Educación, y se regula el régimen transitorio de ingreso a que se refiere la disposición transitoria decimoséptima de la citada ley. Las fases en el proceso de oposición a este cuerpo son tres: fase de oposición, fase de concurso y fase de prácticas. Esta obra trata de cubrir el temario correspondiente a la fase de oposición, que se compone de dos pruebas de carácter eliminatorio: una primera prueba que será el examen escrito y una segunda prueba que será el examen oral. En esta fase se valoran los conocimientos específicos de la especialidad docente a la que se opta, la aptitud pedagógica y el dominio de las técnicas necesarias para el ejercicio de la profesión docente. Este manual recoge los veinticinco temas que integran el temario de oposiciones al cuerpo de maestros por la especialidad de Educación Primaria. Los temas se han redactado de tal forma que pueden ser empleados en cualquier Comunidad Autónoma, pues se ha tomado como referencia la normativa estatal para hacer referencia a los elementos curriculares. Asimismo, estos temas recogen una revisión teórica actualizada de las tendencias pedagógicas y psicológicas que sustentan las intervenciones educativas más innovadoras en el aula. Del mismo modo, la experiencia de los autores como docentes y preparadores de oposiciones enriquecen estos planteamientos teóricos con ejemplos prácticos de situaciones reales producidas en el contexto escolar.(cont.)

Este manual pretende ser una guía completa, real y eficaz que garantice al opositor u opositora una preparación exhaustiva del supuesto didáctico como parte de la primera prueba del proceso de oposición del Cuerpo de Maestros en Educación Primaria. El texto se encuentra dividido en diferentes partes. En primer lugar, se explicitan las características de la primera parte del sistema de acceso a la función docente mediante concurso-oposición. En segundo lugar, se desarrolla un breve marco teórico sobre los supuestos prácticos, que los ubica directamente en la metodología de enseñanza y aprendizaje denominada método del caso. En tercer lugar, se establecen las características que definen la parte práctica de la primera prueba del concurso-oposición, es decir, los supuestos didácticos. En ella se hace un recorrido por la normativa estatal y autonómica que los regula. En cuarto lugar, se lleva a cabo una posible categorización de los supuestos prácticos como resultado de una dilatada experiencia en el campo de la preparación de oposiciones. En quinto lugar, se recogen los criterios de calificación de esta parte práctica de la primera prueba de la oposición (estructurales, formales y de desarrollo). Posteriormente, se ofrecen orientaciones para su elaboración y una propuesta de estructura del supuesto práctico que posibilite su redacción. El manual culmina con el desarrollo de diez supuestos prácticos sobre diferentes temáticas y finaliza con las referencias teóricas y legislativas que han permitido su elaboración.

Estas orientaciones son fruto de la experiencia de los autores como profesionales y docentes de diversas etapas educativas, así como preparadores de oposiciones durante más de quince años. La estructura del manual gira en torno a cuatro grandes bloques. En primer lugar, se sitúa el contexto en el que se ubica la programación didáctica dentro de las oposiciones al cuerpo de maestros, concretamente en la segunda prueba de la oposición. A continuación, se establece un marco conceptual sobre el término «programación» y las diferencias que existen en función del ámbito en el que se exija su elaboración. En este apartado se analizará el concepto didáctico, el legal y el tipo de programación solicitada en el proceso de oposición. Un tercer apartado lo constituye la guía para la elaboración de la programación didáctica. En él se desarrollan las orientaciones en torno al formato de la programación, su índice y los distintos apartados que la integran. Por último, se incluye un conjunto de sugerencias para la elaboración de las unidades didácticas, así como su ejemplificación. A style is any pattern we see in a person's way of accomplishing a particular type of task. The "task" of interest in the present context is education-learning and remembering in school and transferring what is learned to the world outside of school. Teachers are expressing some sort of awareness of style when they observe a particular action taken by a particular student and then say something like: "This doesn't surprise me! That's just the way he is. " Observation of a single action cannot reveal a style. One's impres sion of a person's style is abstracted from multiple experiences of the person under similar circumstances. In education, if we understand the styles of individual students, we can often anticipate their perceptions and subsequent behaviors, anticipate their misunderstandings, take ad vantage of their strengths, and avoid (or correct) their weaknesses. These are some of the goals of the present text. In the first chapter, I present an overview of the terminology and research methods used by various authors of the text. Although they differ a bit with regard to meanings ascribed to certain terms or with regard to conclusions drawn from certain types of data, there is none theless considerable agreement, especially when one realizes that they represent three different continents and five different nationalities.
