Die Lektionen wurden zuerst als Serie in der metaphysischen Zeitschrift Unity aus Kansas City, Missouri, veröffentlicht, und durch ihre weite Verbreitung haben sie Tausende von Menschen erreicht, deren liebevolle Zeugnisse den Verfasser täglich erreichen. So wie die Zahl der Lehrer und öffentlichen Heiler die Frucht der mündlichen Präsentation dieser Vorträge war, wird die gleiche gesegnete Ernte durch ihre gedruckte Verbreitung erwartet. Aus verschiedenen Orten sind bereits gute Nachrichten von Gruppen eingetroffen, die sich Tag für Tag treffen, um die Lektionen von jemandem aus ihrer Mitte vorlesen zu lassen, dessen Begeisterung und Glaube die Worte der Lesung mit jenem Geist tauft, der das wesentliche Gut der mündlichen Unterweisung ist. Jeder, der diese Lektionen im Unterricht verwenden will, kann dies tun, ohne sich auf ihren Autor zu berufen. Man könnte ihnen kein größeres Kompliment machen, als sie als unpersönliche Wahrheit zu zitieren. The question of religion, its contemporary and future significance and its role in society and state is currently perceived as an urgent one by many and is widely discussed within the public sphere.
