In this article, a repetitive sampling control chart for the gamma distribution under the indeterminate environment has been presented. The control chart coefficients, probability of in-control, probability of out-of-control, and average run lengths have been determined under the assumption of the symmetrical property of the normal distribution using the neutrosophic interval method.

The purpose of this paper is to present a neutrosophic form of the generalized Pareto distribution (NGPD) which is more flexible than the existing classical distribution and deals with indeterminate, incomplete and imprecise data in a flexible manner. In addition to this, NGPD will be obtained as a generalization of the neutrousophic Pareto distribution. Also, the paper introduces its special cases as neutrosophic Lomax distribution. The mathematical properties of the proposed distributions, such as mean, variance and moment generating function are derived. Additionally, the analysis of reliability properties, including survival and hazard rate functions, is mentioned. Furthermore, neutrosophic random variable for Pareto distribution was presented and recommended using it when data in the interval form follow a Pareto distribution and have some sort of indeterminacy. This research deals the statistical problems that have inaccurate and vague data. The proposed model NGPD is widely used in finance to model low probability events. So, it is applied to a real-world data set to modelling the public debt in Egypt for the purpose of dealing with neutrosophic scale and shape parameters, finally the conclusions are discussed.

In this paper we show that Neutrosophic Statistics is an extension of Interval Statistics, since it deals with all kinds of indeterminacy (with respect to data, inferential procedures, probability distributions, graphical representations, etc.), allows for indeterminacy reduction, and uses neutrosophic probability which is more general than imprecise and classical probabilities, and has more detailed corresponding probability density functions. Whereas Interval Statistics only deals with indeterminacy that can be represented by intervals. And we respond to the arguments of Woodall et al [1]. We show that not all indeterminacies (uncertainties) can be represented by intervals. Moreover, in some applications, we should use hesitant sets (which have less indeterminacy) instead of intervals. We redirect the authors to Plitogenic Probability and Plitogenic Statistics which are the most general forms of Multivariate Probability and Multivariate Statistics respectively (including, of course, Imprecise Probability and Interval Statistics as subclasses).

This paper presents the designing of the X-bar control chart using resampling scheme under the uncertainty environment. The necessary measures of the present chart are derived under the neutrosophic system. The neutrosophic average run length (NARL) when the process is in-control and out-of-control are derived under the neutrosophic statistical interval method (NSIM). The neutrosophic control chart coefcients are determined through the algorithm developed under NSIM. The comparative study shows that the proposed chart is better than the existing chart in NARL.

In this paper, we developed a control chart methodology for the monitoring the mean time between two events using the belief estimator under the neutrosophic gamma distribution. The proposed control chart coeffcients and the neutrosophic average run length (NARL) have been determined using different process settings. The performance of the proposed chart is compared with the control chart under classical statistics in terms of NARL using the simulation data and real example. From comparisons, it is concluded that the proposed chart is effcient, effective and adequate to be used under uncertainty environment than the chart under classical statistics.
