Sebagai guru yang berkecimpung dalam bidang pendidikan, sekumpulan puisi ini mempunyai tujuan: 1. untuk melatih mengembangkan pikiran dan perasaan yang ada, 2. untuk menambah wawasan diri sendiri dan orang lain, 3. untuk berani menulis agar ada perkembangan sebagai misi sekolah dan keluarga, 4. untuk menambah khasanah perpustakaan yang ada, dan 5. untuk memberi suri tauladan bagi siswa agar dapat meniru dan mengembangkan dalam hal menulis sebuah karya. Penulisan puisi ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan bahan acuan pengetahuan dalam pendidikan khususnya pada generasi muda agar mampu mengembangkan daya kreativitas baik guru maupun siswa yang ke depan memberi motivasi lebih baik sesuai dengan tujuan dan cita-cita bangsa negara dalam menyongsong Indonesia emas.
