A l’ouverture de la session parlementaire 2014-2015, le Président de l’Assemblée nationale Claude Bartolone a proposé que soit mis en place un groupe de travail pluraliste sur l’avenir des institutions, afin de mener une réflexion de fond sur l’adaptation de notre régime aux mutations politiques, économiques, sociales, culturelles et technologiques. Coprésidé par le Président Claude Bartolone et par l’historien Michel Winock, spécialiste de l’histoire de la République française, ce groupe de travail - composé de parlementaires mais aussi de juristes, de philosophes, d’économistes et d’acteurs de terrain - a pour objectif d’ouvrir un débat public sur ces sujets. Ses travaux ont débuté en février 2015. Vendredi 2 octobre 2015, il a adopté son rapport. Ce rapport, intitulé « Refaire la démocratie », avance dix-sept propositions ambitieuses et concrètes autour de cinq axes (« restaurer le lien entre les citoyens et leurs représentants », « un citoyen responsable au cœur des institutions », « un exécutif plus équilibré et mieux contrôlé », « le Parlement du non-cumul », « consolider l’État de droit »). Ces propositions ont été élaborées à partir des réponses des membres du groupe à un questionnaire préférentiel qui compte 83 questions principales, 50 sous-questions et aborde l’ensemble des thèmes sur lesquels le groupe a réfléchi.

The African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights has established a Working Group on Indigenous Populations/Communities that undertook a research and information visit to the Central African Republic in January 2007. From that visit this report was created, which gives an account of meetings held with government authorities, civil society organizations, indigenous communities, and other stakeholders. It describes the situation of the indigenous populations in the Central African Republic, explores two key groups of indigenous peoples (namely the Aka, who are the larger group of "Pygmies" and the Mbororo) and it makes recommendations to the Government, civil society organizations, and the international community. The report is published both in English and French.

The FAO/CECAF Working Group for artisanal fisheries was created during the fifteenth session of the Fishery Committee for the Eastern Central Atlantic (CECAF) which was held in Abuja, Nigeria, from 1 to 3 November 2000. This document reports on the fifth meeting of Working Group for artisanal fisheries, which was organized in Dakar, Sénégal from 26 to 27 July 2018. The overall objective of the Working Group is to improve regional artisanal fisheries knowledge of CECAF Member Countries. The Working Group was organized by FAO headquarters, in close collaboration with the FAO Regional Office for Africa. Le groupe de travail FAO / COPACE sur les pêches artisanales a été créé à la quinzième session du Comité des pêches pour l’Atlantique Centre-Est (COPACE) qui s’est tenu à Abuja, Nigéria du 1er au 3 novembre 2000. Ce document rend compte de la cinquième réunion du Groupe de travail sur la pêche artisanale organisé à Dakar, Sénégal du 26 au 27 juillet 2018. L’objectif général du groupe de travail est d’améliorer les connaissances régionales sur la pêche artisanale des pays membres du COPACE. This document is the final report of the eighth session of the Scientific Sub-Committee of the Fishery Committee for the Eastern Central Atlantic (CECAF), which was held in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire from 23 to 26 October 2018. The SSC was immediately preceeded by a one-day meeting, on 22 October, on the EAF-Nansen Programme and upcoming survey related activities in the CECAF region. Major topics discussed were: (i) the reports of the assessment Working Groups on small pelagics and demersal species, as presented by the subgroups, and the report of the artisanal fisheries Working Group; (ii) fishery management advice in the CECAF region; (iii) reporting on the state of resources for the CECAF area and considerations for a revised advice framework; (iv) overview and coordination of ongoing research activities; (v) CECAF-FIRMS fisheries inventories; (vi) overview of CECAF statistics; (vii) deep-sea fisheries and vulnerable marine ecosystems; (viii) report of work of other projects/programmes in the CECAF region, report of work of research institutions or scientific groups in CECAF member countries; and (ix) future programme of work in the region.
