We are proud to present the proceedings of the National Conference on Recent Trends in Computing, Communication, and Applications (RTCCA 2025). The legacy of RTCCA has been upheld since 2017 and continues to be conducted regularly, focusing on contemporary trends in computing, communication, and applications. The publication of this volume has been made possible through funding from the University, and we extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Vice- Chancellor, Prof. Santosh Kumar Tripathy, for this initiative and his unwavering support and motivation. The call for papers, along with formatting details, including the number of pages, was announced well in advance, resulting in a significant number of submissions. After rigorous review, 20 papers were accepted for publication. A well-formed advisory committee, consisting of academicians from various disciplines, has contributed to the quality of this abridged book volume of the Proceedings of RTCCA-2025. The research domains covered by the accepted papers include bioinformatics, genetics, recommendation systems, cancer detection, networks, prediction of malnutrition in children, learning analytics, edge computing, instrumental music listeners and cognitive analysis, NLP, neurodegenerative diseases, and more. The invited speakers for the conference include experts in quantum computing and informatics, medical diagnosis, natural language processing, cognitive science, and an industry expert from NVIDIA. We are deeply grateful to them for accepting our invitation and agreeing to be part of this national conference. Session chairs and faculty coordinators from our university and neighboring universities have also been highly cooperative, ensuring the smooth execution of keynote and technical sessions. Lastly, we extend our sincere appreciation to our departmental staff—Ms. Bhagyashree Patra, Mr. Jyoti Kishor Mohanta, Mr. Satyaban Das, Mr. Manoj Mukhi and all the students of Department of Computer Application for their invaluable efforts behind the scenes. Their dedication has played a crucial role in the successful organization of this national seminar and the publication of this book of proceedings.
