Smart Power can be defined as a smart strategy that challenges theories of hard and soft power by taking into account the doctrine of Joseph Nye, Ernest Wilson, Lesliegelb, Paul Cammack by Joe Biden and his team in order to maintain American hegemony as US's foreign policy strategy by considering its global and regional rivals i.e. China as an economic threat, Russia as a military threat, and the Islamic Republic of Iran as a regional threat. Hence, present book endeavors to redefine and explain the three aspects of smart power in American foreign policy. Promptly, it tries to redefine it by considering three aspects of smart power i.e., smart goal, strategy and face in American foreign policy with taking into account hard and soft power as well.Having information about the origin and the reason behind selecting it in American foreign policy can be crucially useful in dealing with and choosing a smart strategy against it for countries such as China, Russia and, more importantly, the Islamic Republic of Iran which acted successfully not only in regional but also in global level based on resistance strategy.Applying Constructivism, the current study has endeavored to respond the question of redefining smart power in Joe Biden's foreign policy by using credible scientific and research sources.
