¿Puede ser el lenguaje una herramienta en Danza Movimiento Terapia (DMT)? Desde una perspectiva teórica y empírica, reflexionaremos sobre las verbalizaciones en DMT, incidiendo en las utilizadas por danza movimiento terapeutas (DMT) para procurar consciencia e integración psicofísicas; como defendía Siegel (citada en Stark & Lohn, 1989, p 110) "trabajar sin el material verbal alienta la división cuerpo mente". Estudiaremos el componente corporal del lenguaje y su vivencia encarnada. Observaremos diferentes perspectivas y variables del uso de verbalizaciones en DMT. Finalmente nos aproximaremos empíricamente al uso actual, a través de las respuestas a un cuestionario, de más de 30 DMT.
