O autor enfoca neste livro o episódio de Jó, de um Jó que espera a ajuda de Deus contra o próprio Deus. Este fato estranhíssimo pressupõe uma concepção semelhante em relação aos opostos presentes em Deus. Trata do problema, descrevendo uma experiência pessoal, acompanhada de emoções subjetivas. Escolheu propositalmente esta forma, pois queria evitar a impressão de estar pretendendo proclamar uma verdade eterna. O livro de Jó pretende apenas ser a voz indagadora de um indivíduo que espera e mesmo aguarda a reflexão de seus leitores.

Quando se observa na natureza da psique que o inconsciente coletivo contém toda a herança espiritual; renascida na estrutura psicológica de todo o individuo e que a separação da psicologia, da biologia é artificial porque a psique humana vive numa união indissolúvel com o corpo, mente, alma e espírito.Neste Ensaio, notamos que a teoria da cisão entre a mente e o corpo parece estar sanada, bem como a origem do Inconsciente Coletivo. Mas para isso é necessário compreender que a psique e os Estados de Matéria são fenômenos inter-relacionados e não reduzíveis uns ao outro. Podemos dizer que embora a música dependa de um instrumento físico, ela não é reduzível à matéria da qual é feito o instrumento. Do mesmo modo que o piano não faz a música, a matéria do cérebro não faz a mente, mas um não existe sem o outro. Assim como a música, podemos observar que toda produção humana é produto de um fator que transcende a matéria e a própria consciência.Conforme analisado, de forma concisa e sem apresentar definições matemáticas condizentes à estatística quântica, podemos caracterizar os Condensados de Bose-Einstein como o estado ou fase da matéria no qual os átomos encontram-se desprovidos de sua "individualidade", passando a admitir um mesmo estado quântico fundamental. Por analogia, o mesmo acontece com o Inconsciente Coletivo em relação ao Macrocosmos.
