This study investigates German and English revolutionary literary discourse between 1819 and 1848/49. Marked by dramatic socioeconomic transformations, this period witnessed a pronounced transnational shift from the concept of political revolution to one of social revolution. Writing the Revolution engages with literary authors, radical journalists, early proletarian pamphleteers, and political theorists, tracing their demands for social liberation, as well as their struggles with the specter of proletarian revolution. In the process, it becomes clear that philosophy, even in the diversity of its voices, ultimately always remains one, just as the world as a point of reference for human action and thought is only one, which we share with each other and which we have to recognise and preserve.

Die Geschichte handelt von einer zufälligen Entdeckung eines offensichtlichen Betrugs an einem Menschen. Seine geordnete Welt, in der er glaubte zu leben, löste sich mit einem Schlag in "Nichts" auf. Scheinbar unüberbrückbare psychische wie auch körperliche Probleme drohen die Hauptfigur in einen Strudel des Unglücks hinab zu reißen. Diese Form der Darstellung wurde in kurzen Episoden niedergeschrieben. Passende und interessante Themenbereiche unterbrechen dieses aufheiternde wie auch tragische Werk. Aussagen und Gedichte bekannter Persönlichkeiten sowie auch Eigenkreationen lockern dieses teils auf Wahrheit begründete Lesevergnügen auf und vermitteln zusätzlich ein besonderes Flair. Die vielfältige Themenwahl betreffend des "MENSCH SEINs" forderte mich die oftmals unbeantworteten Fragen, welche sich der Einzelne im Laufe seines Lebens zu stellen vermag, einfach und leicht verständlich klarzulegen und darzustellen. Mein Werk würde ich als sanft, erschreckend und einzigartig bezeichnen. Man lässt sich verleiten und steigt ein. Es beginnt wie eine Liebesbeziehung in drei Akten. Im ersten Akt freundet man sich an und beginnt eine Liaison ... im zweiten beginnt man mit der Liebe zum Detail ... man kann nicht mehr loslassen von einander ... und im dritten Akt möchte man sich für immer binden ... sie werden mein Buch lieben ... in alle Ewigkeit. Ich verspreche es. Deshalb würde ich mich sehr freuen sie als Leser in meiner Gedankenwelt begrüßen zu dürfen. THERESeS
