Il bénéficie d’une expérience de plus de 20 ans en protection des données personnelles, en accompagnant de grandes organisations publiques et privées, en dirigeant ou participant à de nombreuses conférences et webinaires, en concevant et dirigeant des formations pour DPO et depuis quatre ans comme Data Privacy Officer (DPO) externe. Il est le concepteur et fondateur de MondossierRGPD (France) et GDPRfolder (Belgique Luxembourg) une application destinée à aider les petites organisations à démontrer leur conformité au RGPD. Il a déjà publié et collaboré à une dizaine d’ouvrages dont 50 nuances de liberté (2018) et le printemps numérique (2014). Il intervient régulièrement comme conférencier et chroniqueur média en tant qu’expert en protection des données pour donner un avis pertinent sur la place de la vie privée dans notre société.
