Gli istituti del codice antimafia sono attentamente vagliati e sono esaminate le interferenze con le procedure concorsuali, senza tralasciare le prospettive di riforma. Da ultimo, sono analizzate le fattispecie delittuose del diritto penale concorsuale, così come novellate dal CCII e successive integrazioni e modificazioni. Gli istituti sono illustrati con grande completezza e assoluto aggiornamento, con numerosi riferimenti giurisprudenziali e ampia casistica, senza trascurare le criticità esegetiche poste in evidenza dalla riflessione dottrinale.
