Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2018 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Schulpädagogik, Note: 1,0, Universität Erfurt, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Diese Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit Ritualen in der Schuleingangsphase, deren Einsatzmöglichkeiten, Wirkungen und Chancen unter der spezifischen Fragestellung: Können Rituale in der Schuleingangsphase den Schulalltag erleichtern? Zunächst werden eine Begriffsklärung und eine Abgrenzung zu vergleichbaren Handlungsformen vorgenommen. Ein kleiner Exkurs soll zudem die geschichtliche Entwicklung von Ritualen in der Schule aufzeigen. Es wird ein Überblick über die Arten von Ritualen in der Schuleingangsphase gegeben. Danach befasst sich der empirische Teil der Arbeit mit den Erfahrungen von Lehrkräften in der Schuleingangsphase beim Einsatz von Ritualen. Dort werden zunächst die Methoden des leitfadengestützten Experteninterviews sowie die systematisch teilnehmende Beobachtung erläutert und analysiert. Abschließend wird anhand der theoretischen Grundlagen und den Ergebnissen der empirischen Untersuchung ein Fazit gezogen. Der Schuleintritt stellt Kinder und Lehrkräfte zumeist vor eine besondere Herausforderung. Der Tagesablauf, die Umgebung, das soziale Umfeld und die Anforderungen wandeln sich grundlegend. Im Kindergarten gefördertes freies, spielerisches Lernen wird abgelöst durch strukturiertes, schulisches Lernen. Die kindgerechte Bewältigung dieses bedeutenden Entwicklungsschritts bedarf der intensiven Begleitung und Unterstützung durch die Lehrkräfte in der Schuleingangsphase. Lehrkräfte stehen dabei vor der Aufgabe, eine vertraute Lernumgebung zu schaffen, die den Kindern zunehmend selbstständiges Lernen ermöglicht.

The question of the meaning of categorical education and the function of didactic analysis will also be explored. Before theories and models of didactics can be explained and contexts understood, a basic understanding of what didactics is in the first place and which factors play a role here must first be established. The question of the meaning of didactics is not easy to answer. The word has its origins in the Greek "didáskein", which translates as "to teach" and "to instruct" or "to learn" and "to be taught". Already here it becomes clear that two elementary processes are interrelated and complement each other, which has not changed until today. Thus didactics is "the theory and practice of learning and teaching". The focus is on the interaction between teachers and learners. Didactics should therefore be a support for mutual interaction between teachers and learners. It is a science of action that is intended to provide teachers with a practice-oriented way of acting. During the 20th century, educationalists such as Erich Weniger, Paul Heimann and especially Wolfgang Klafki (born 1927), who is considered the "father" of didactics, tried to narrow down and define the term in order to finally develop educational theoretical foundations and didactic theories and models.

Population mobility is at an all-time high in human history. One result of this unprecedented movement of peoples around the world is that in many school systems monolingual and monocultural students are the exception rather than the rule, particularly in urban areas. This shift in demographic realities entails enormous challenges for educators and policy-makers. What do teachers need to know in order to teach effectively in linguistically and culturally diverse contexts? How long does it take second language learners to acquire proficiency in the language of school instruction? What are the differences between attaining conversational fluency in everyday contexts and developing proficiency in the language registers required for academic success? What adjustments do we need to make in curriculum, instruction and assessment to ensure that second-language learners understand what is being taught and are assessed in a fair and equitable manner? How long do we need to wait before including second-language learners in high-stakes national examinations and assessments? What role (if any) should be accorded students’ first language in the curriculum? Do bilingual education programs work well for poor children from minority-language backgrounds or should they be reserved only for middle-class children from the majority or dominant group? In addressing these issues, this volume focuses not only on issues of language learning and teaching but also highlights the ways in which power relations in the wider society affect patterns of teacher–student interaction in the classroom. Effective instruction will inevitably challenge patterns of coercive power relations in both school and society.
