Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2017 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Schulpädagogik, Note: 1,0, , Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die vorliegende Arbeit, welche im Rahmen des Seminars "Koordinierte Alphabetisierung im Anfangsunterricht (KOALA)" verfasst wird, bearbeitet die Thematik der Mehrsprachigkeit und ihre Entwicklung im Kontext der deutschen Migrationsgeschichte. Zuerst soll der facettenreiche Begriff der Mehrsprachigkeit aus unterschiedlichen Perspektiven beleuchtet werden. Für die Fragestellung der Arbeit ist sodann zu klären, auf welche Art und Weise die Zweitsprache (L2) Deutsch von mehrsprachigen Kindern überhaupt erworben wird. Hierfür dienen drei Theorieansätze als Grundlage, wobei eine für die Arbeit relevante näher ausgeführt wird: die Interdependenzhypothese. Die Beantwortung der Fragestellung, ob die Mehrsprachigkeit endgültig eine Ressource für die gesamte Gesellschaft darstellt, hängt davon ab, welche Methode der Sprachförderung angewandt wird. An dieser Stelle werden drei essentielle Säulen der Sprachförderung mit dem Fokus auf Schulen mit koordiniertem Lernen am Beispiel von KOALA erläutert.
