Rules for keeping a diary of gratitude In the first half of each page, you should write down what you are grateful for on this day. Who would you like to say thanks for? During the day, a person may have a multitude of thoughts or ideas, but if they are not materialized and not transformed into physical reality, such thoughts simply fly away. They need to be written down, so that later in your free time you could think them over well and analyze them. Write down your pleasant moments. The thing that made you smile or warmed your heart even for a minute during the day. It could be a fortuitous meeting, a compliment, jokes, quotes, sudden luck, etc. During the day you always have some pleasant moments and it is very important to see and remember them. Goals. Write down your daily goals and plans to achieve them. If you develop the habit of setting goals constantly and achieving them you will get tremendous success in life. Write down how you have been helpful to other people or to the world. Try to do something for other people or for the world every day and be sure to write it down. Keeping a diary meaningfully will give you an opportunity to clarify your view of life, understand your nature, and attract new people into your life, as well as situations, and circumstances aimed to reveal your inner potential and self-development.
