Os sonhos se tornaram meus conselheiros nas tomadas de decisões, a exemplo do psiquiatra e psicoterapeuta existencialista Viktor Frankl, que de um sonho também deu uma virada radical em sua vida, relato isso aqui. Por isso, na interpretação desse quantum onírico dado à nossa Existência, torna-se necessária à sua compreensão a dimensão Espiritual como algo que transcende a limitada capacidade humana. Compartilho com você leitor, algumas experiências de conteúdos oníricos dos meus pacientes como matéria-prima para uma análise transdisciplinar da ciência psicológica para além das suas clássicas e exclusivas abordagens metodológicas (comportamental, psicanalítica e Gestalt-terapia), mas sem dúvida conectada com o diálogo e o metadiálogo epistemológico, na visão transcendente do Espírito, componente este fundamental aos profissionais das Ciências Humanas e da Saúde Mental. Esta última dimensão deve ser posta no vértice dos processos diagnósticos psicoterapêuticos para ser elevada à Esperança como resolutiva na perspectiva da saúde integral do ser humano, na tríade constitutiva ontológica de Corpo-Mente-Espírito, que se fundem nas contradições, podendo anunciar até mesmo uma profecia na linha do tempo. Sou italiano, formado em História da Filosofia, Teologia e Psicologia nas Universidades de Roma, ex-clérigo, mas agora, ainda vivenciando a minha religiosidade na condição laica, na dimensão da Espiritualidade, no amor dado a todos, apresento com humildade e com Verdade os sonhos que representaram e mudaram a rota nas minhas caminhadas da vida. Talvez estas reflexões possam interessar não apenas aos profissionais da Psicologia ou da Saúde Mental em geral, mas fundamentalmente reafirmo que elas podem ser úteis a qualquer pessoa que SONHA e fica "aprisionada" nos dilemas dos seus profundos mistérios!
