S'interroger sur la communication à l'hôpital peut, aujourd'hui, encore paraître un peu iconoclaste, par rapport à la vocation première de l'hôpital, qui est de soigner. Et pourtant, un établissement hospitalier ne se résume pas à une structure ; il doit être, avant tout, perçu et animé comme une organisation sociale, dont le bon fonctionnement dépend aussi de la qualité des relations entre les différents intervenants : personnel médical et paramédical, personnel administratif, malades...
