In Luke chapter twelve verse fifteen; the Lord Jesus Christ said; "Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man's life is not in the abundance of the belongings which he possesses". The phrase; "Beware of covetousness"; stands clearly out as number one profound statement and secret for successes which any thoughtful leader must jealously treasure on the way up; and to balance up.
