La continuità è il fondamentale valore guida, sempre in azione, che induce a imparare senza sosta e a interrogarsi di continuo su che fare affinché tutto quello che è stato costruito non vada perduto e possa costituire la base di partenza per raccogliere e vincere le sfide poste dal mutare del contesto ambientale. La continuità è la chiave di lettura di tutti i comportamenti dell’impresa e si realizza grazie alle innovazioni che si producono in ogni ambito, generando armonia fra l’impresa e il mondo circostante e, al proprio interno, fra capitale e lavoro, ovvero fra le persone che a vario titolo e con diverso grado di responsabilità sono coinvolte nel buon funzionamento dell’impresa.
