Diplomarbeit aus dem Jahr 2015 im Fachbereich Führung und Personal - Sonstiges, Note: 1,3, Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie Essen , Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit dem Thema „Talente im Unternehmen identifizieren, entwickeln und fördern und die daraus resultierenden Folgen“ und ist aufgrund der Aktualität und wegen der Berufsinteressen des Autors ausgewählt worden. Die Arbeit gliedert sich in vier Bereiche. Zu Beginn der Arbeit wird im Rahmen der Einleitung eine Heranführung an die Thematik und das Vorgehen erläutert. Im Anschluss an die Einleitung folgt im ersten Kapitel ein theoretisch-analytischer Teil, um die Grundlagen für die spätere Analyse zu schaffen. Kapitel zwei setzt sich mit der Identifikation, der Entwicklung, Förderung sowie deren Folgen auseinander. Hierbei werden die einzelnen Aspekte und verschiedenen Maßnahmen eines Talentmanagements thematisiert. Im dritten Kapitel geht es neben Praxisbeispielen und einer Handlungsempfehlung um die Chancen, Risiken und Probleme, die die Einführung eines Talentmanagements mit sich bringt. Im letzten Kapitel der Arbeit folgen eine Zusammenfassung und ein Fazit. Die Globalisierung hat viel Bewegung, auch in den Arbeitsmarkt, gebracht. Die nationalen Arbeits-märkte sind mit der Herausforderung konfrontiert, sich wesentlich schneller mit dem internationalen Wettbewerb auseinanderzusetzen, bei dem der Faktor Zeit in der Anpassbarkeit und Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit eine große Rolle spielt. Der Arbeitgeber sieht sich bei der Personalbeschaffung mit zunehmen Wettbewerb um qualifizierte Nachwuchskräfte konfrontiert. Er sollte somit kostengünstig und schnell auf Veränderungen am Markt reagieren. Die Arbeitnehmer werden sich in einer von der Herstellungs- zur Produktionsindustrie wandelnden Arbeitswelt immer mehr um ihren Wert bewusster. Die Globalisierung, die Beweglichkeit und Transparenz des Arbeitsmarktes haben diesen Prozess noch verstärkt. Einem Unternehmen wird der Zugang zu einer Vielzahl an qualifizierten Arbeitskräften so zwar gewährt, parallel steigt aber auch die Gefahr der Abwanderung der Mitarbeiter. Zeitgleich sinken mit dem demografischen Wandel die Personalressourcen, was zur Folge hat, dass der Handlungsbedarf seitens der Unternehmen steigt bzw. steigen sollte. Immer mehr Personalabteilungen setzen sich mit dem Talentmanagement auseinander oder sehen sich gezwungen dies tun zu müssen, um die zukünftige Handlungsfähigkeit sicherstellen zu können. Allerdings bestehen hier noch viele Differenzen, was die Bedeutung der Begrifflichkeiten angeht, was es beinahe unmöglich macht, eine einzige Definition aus der...
