The relevancy of private international law is growing swiftly now in the jurisprudence of any country compared to any other period and the mounting reason for its prominence is global migration. It is escalating fast in this decade compared to any past decades. The international migratory movement of people across borders has become 26 percent now in 2024, compared to 14 percent in 2019. The migration can be voluntary or involuntary and there are three kinds of migrants; namely, economic migrants, asylum seekers and refugees. Economic migration is the movement of people from one country to another to for their greater economic opportunities in the receiving country.
