They also reveal the wealth of experiences the children bring with them which have the potential to transform educational practices.

Welcher literarische Status kann einem Bilderbuch ohne Text zugeschrieben werden? Ist literarisches und narratives Lernen überhaupt ohne Schriftsprache möglich? Oder: Lassen sich die Visual-Literacy-Studies mit der Bilderbuchtheorie und der Erzähldidaktik verknüpfen? Während noch immer schriftdominierte Medien den Kern der Literaturwissenschaft und -didaktik ausmachen, legt diese Arbeit das literarische und narrative Potenzial einer Bilderbuchsparte offen, die nahezu ohne Text auskommt und über komplexe visuelle Narrationsformen verfügt. Erstmalig wird eine narratologisch-strukturelle Taxonomie der textlosen Bilderbücher entworfen, die sowohl die gestalterischen Dimensionen der unterschiedlichen Bilderbuchtypen, als auch die visuellen und sprachlichen Ansprüche an ihre Adressaten aufzeigt. Zu analysierten Beispielwerken werden ferner literar-ästhetische Konzepte für die Primarstufe vorgestellt, die das erzähldidaktische Potenzial dieser unterschätzten Literatursparte illustrieren. Anne Krichel, Lehramtsstudium für die Fächer Deutsch und Musik in Köln und Tübingen, war von 2012 bis 2016 als Grundschullehrerin und freiberufliche Musik- und Theaterpädagogin tätig. Derzeit ist sie Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin in der Arbeitsgruppe 'Literatur - Bild - Medium' an der Universität zu Köln mit den Arbeitsschwerpunkten 'Visuelle Narration im textlosen Bilderbuch' und 'Digitale Literatur in der Grundschule'.

Examensarbeit aus dem Jahr 2016 im Fachbereich Deutsch - Pädagogik, Didaktik, Sprachwissenschaft, Pädagogische Hochschule Freiburg im Breisgau (Deutsche Sprache und Literatur), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Der Gegenstand des Bilderbuches bildet in seinen vielschichtigen Erscheinungsformen das Fundament dieser Arbeit und führt den Leser in den Themenkomplex dieser Arbeit ein. Darauf aufbauend folgt eine Einführung zum Erwerb narrativer Strukturen anhand verschiedener Ansätze, die folglich im Kapitel des kontextuellen Erzählens ihre Berechtigung finden. Die Thematik der Text-Bild-Interpendenz wird im Verlauf dieser Arbeit immer wieder Gegenstand sein und vergleichend beleuchtet werden. Anknüpfend geht die Arbeit der Frage nach, inwiefern das Medium „Bilderbuch“ auch ohne Text erzählerische Fähigkeit vorweisen kann, indem es sogar zum Erzählen einladen und motivieren kann. Der Bezug zum Zweitspracherwerb, der bereits innerhalb des Titels dieser Arbeit aufgeführt ist, wird im Kapitel der Mehrsprachigkeit im unterrichtlichen Kontext genauer untersucht. Um versprachlichte Gespräche überhaupt evaluieren zu können, bedarf es objektiver Messkriterien, die das sprachliche Niveau des Kindes, mit- und ohne Migrationshintergrund, zum Zeitpunkt des Schulantritts systematisch erfassen können. Hierzu werden weiteren Verlauf der Arbeit einige Verfahren aufgeführt, die sich mit dem Konsens der Sprachstandserhebung und der Narrationsfähigkeit von Kindern auseinandersetzen. Abschließend folgen einige Überlegungen zur Förderung von Erzählfähigkeit auf theoretischer und praktischer Ebene unter Berücksichtigung des Bildungsplanes, wodurch die Realisierbarkeit meiner Überlegungen innerhalb des schulischen Kontextes überprüft werden soll. Damit verfolgt die vorliegende Arbeit das Ziel, eigene, aus der Alltagspraxis gewonnene Erfahrungen in einen wissenschaftlichen Kontext zu stellen. Durch die Frage nach dem Potential von Bilderbüchern für den Spracherwerb von Kindern mit Migrationshintergrund soll zudem eine aktualitätsbezogene, zukunftsorientierte Überprüfung der Anwendbarkeit aktueller Forschungsergebnisse stattfinden.
