"The Sin System of Our World" is simply the basic gospel message of Jesus Christ. It is a look at man's condition, that is, his condition of sin and the reason for which we all need to be covered under the blood. More than this, it is a look in general at our current world and the way some of its institutions have contributed to a "sinful system." Finally, it is also a look at the author's personal experiences related to the subject matter. As a retired New York City Police Officer as well as being a native of the "Big Apple," you might find some of Ed's insights intriguing. "The Sin System..." is more than just the 4 step process to salvation. It tries to tell it like it is. All new believers should take note. Ed Steele is a retired New York City Police Officer and native of that same town. He is not a theologian nor an ordained minister from any particular denomination. He is simply a guy who wants to share how he sees the gospel message of Jesus Christ. Ed continues to live and work in his beloved NY Metro Area. This is his 1st attempt at publishing a literary work. More importantly, he loves & serves the Lord. You might be able to relate to some of the things Ed talks about in his book, and then again, you might not. His only desire is that you would be open to reading what he has to say. Any comments or questions about his book can be directed to Ed's e-mail at: [email protected]

Have you ever conceded to the fact that a clear understanding of the gospel message is not in your grasp? Where does the law fit into the Christians life? Why did Jesus say to the people "poke your eye out?" Do the questions go on? So many Christian denominations exist today each having their own beliefs as to how we interact with the basic gospel message. I am not talking about superficial details of Christian life, but many Christians even have disagreements as to what is the basic gospel truth. Even within a given denomination, Christians can disagree as to what exactly is Truth. The truth is that "Truth" for the world is to believe in Jesus and those who do believe are set, with God, for all of eternity. If we as Christians add to this message or take away from this message are we teaching Truth any longer? This book is designed to start in Genesis and work through the Bible, revealing the basic gospel Truth along the way. This book is a journey through the bible to discover one question: What is Truth?

The Gospel And Its Meaning written by Harry Lee Poe and has been published by Zondervan this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 1996 with Religion categories.

The Gospel speaks to a broad range of concerns--concerns that differ from person to person, group to group, culture to culture. Yet the practice of the twentieth-century church has been to concentrate on one part of the Gospel--repentance and justification--as if it were the whole, and to proclaim that part uniformly, often without meaningful context that would demonstrate the relevance of Christ to the hearer. The Gospel and Its Meaning breaks fresh ground for evangelism. It equips the students of evangelism with theological foundations for reaching diverse groups, from Hindi pantheists to radical environmentalists, without compromising the Gospel's integrity. The Gospel and Its Meaning - Identifies the basic elements of the Gospel - Shows the relationship of these elements to specific doctrines of theology - Identifies theologians and systems that have focused on particular doctrines - Shows which elements of the Gospel deal most clearly with various issues of evangelism - Suggests avenues of ministry that can address each evangelistic issue. By showing how different parts of the Gospel address the concerns of people within and without the Judeo-Christian worldview, The Gospel and Its Meaning helps those in any kind of evangelistic ministry to develop a means for connecting the Gospel directly to the world of the hearer while distinguishing it clearly from philosophies of relativism and pluralism.

The Five Principles Of The Gospel written by C. Matthew McMahon and has been published by Puritan Publications this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2021-03-09 with Religion categories.

What are the basic principles of the Gospel that cannot be taken from Christ’s Gospel and make the Gospel not the Gospel? That is a very important question to answer, for, on a very basic level, what people believe in will determine where they will spend eternity. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is bound up in eternal realities that cannot be undone after death if people “get the Gospel wrong.” Do you believe the Gospel? This work sets down and summarizes the sum and substance of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. What is the sum and substance of the Gospel? How would you summarize it? Is it simply John 3:16? Is it what the penitent thief said to Jesus on the cross? What is the Scriptural data that shows forth enough of the “Gospel of Jesus Christ” to make it truly Christ’s Gospel? McMahon answers this question by drawing mainly from the book of Isaiah. The Gospel in its sum and substance, or the way God was in Christ reconciling the world to himself, actually contains a great amount of information (the Bible is a very big book). However, in distilling the Gospel down to its essentials, he covers the five principles of the Gospel: Principle 1: God exists. Principle 2: that God is man’s Maker and has made humankind in his image. Principle 3: the bad news that all men have sinned in Adam and are under the curse of God. Principle 4: God has not left all sinners to perish under Adam’s curse, but has given sinners the righteousness of Jesus Christ as a garment to cover them. Principle 5: God calls and draws thirsty sinners to himself through Jesus Christ freely. His five main texts from Isaiah are 40:9, 54:5, 24:5-6, 61:10 and 55:1-3.
