According to futurist and sociologist, Kingsley L. Dennis, humanity is entering a momentous phase in its history. Being born today is a generation of children that will radically reinvent human society, moving our culture from competition, control, and censorship toward connection, communication, and compassion. The Phoenix Generation's impact will begin to be felt in 2030, but there much to do to prepare for their arrival. The book is divided into three parts. Part one briefly describes the thorny issues (e.g. global warming, nationalism, and food and water shortages) that the solution-oriented ways of the Phoenix will resolve. Dennis posits that the generations of adults living today are the bridge to the Phoenix and he shows how such developments as the worldwide web and the explosion of mobile technologies are paving the way for them. Part two describes the changes in our own consciousness being brought about by technology and what we need to do to speed their arrival. Part three gives details how the Phoenix generation will be different from us. The Phoenix Generation will work toward forming a planetary society a transition more radical than the shift from agrarian to urban life during the Industrial Revolution. These children are being born with increased instinctive intelligence and with a greater degree of inherited wisdom. With them, the quantum revolution begun 100 years ago will become mainstream. This will bring about a shift away from external dependencies (e.g. our dependency on higher education for career advancement). This normalizing of new perspectives, cosmic awareness, and of multi-dimensional realities will usher in a great wave of change. The Phoenix Generation is a deeply positive examination of our collective future.

Guiding The Next Great Generation written by Jonathan Catherman and has been published by Revell this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2020-03-17 with Family & Relationships categories.

It's cliché to say today's adults hope the best for the next generation, yet fear the worst. As the gap between generations widens and our shared experiences dwindle, adults find it increasingly difficult to connect with and remain relevant to today's young people. So the question is, what values can we pass on that will help them to become the next great generation? And how do we communicate those values effectively? In this paradigm-shifting book, Jonathan Catherman shares with adults raised in the 1900s a fresh look at guiding 21st-century youth to become confident and capable adults. With relevant research and real-world examples, Catherman shows us the benefits of practicing and teaching four principles that will unite and empower us all: - build bridges between generations - transform raw talent into valued strengths - practice stewardship before leadership - live with purpose Whether the emerging generation knows it or not, they need you. Their greatness tomorrow begins with your guidance today.

Pappudom is a normal run-of-the-mill village on the banks of the Tarangam River - or so everyone thinks. But Pappu, a boy living in the village, knows better. He visited the past once, with the ghost of his great granduncle, Grand Pappu, after whom the village is named, and together they had defeated the British army using the 'Forces of the Future'. But now, events are taking a turn for the worse. In ancient times, the most horrific spirits known to man had been sealed in Chekuthan Thodi, or Devil's Garden, the forest adjoining the village. A pact between the humans and the spirit world had ensured a boundary between Pappudom and Devil's Garden. But someone from the village has violated the pact and ventured into the forest. Now the spirits too want to break the pact and enter Pappudom, which can only lead to havoc and destruction. And, to add to everyone's concern, a boy has gone missing...Pappu goes into Devil's Garden, looking for the lost boy. But there are some ghastly shocks awaiting him there, and he finds himself confronting armies of marching trees, a tapping spirit that will sap his soul, and the crafty Transformer Spirit. Will Grand Pappu reach him in time to save him? And how does Jolly Jones of the British army fit into all of this? Can the Guard of the Bridge repair the breach, or is this the beginning of the end...
