They realize the thieves are targeting an elderly lady who has become a friend of theirs, and when the local police don’t believe their story, they hatch their own plan to catch the “Banditos.” The cousins, who really don’t believe in ghosts—at least at first—learn of more than one ghost story stemming from The Battle of Aiken during the Civil War and Aiken’s “Winter Colony” days in the 19th century.
